A: Kakele Online is a 2D massively multiplayer online open-world game. In Kakele, you join players from around the world to fight monsters, explore mysterious caves, complete quests and tasks, collect valuable items, and much more!

Q: Is Kakele free to play?

A: Yes! Free account players can freely explore the islands of Kakele, hunt monsters, and complete various quests. You can also travel to other areas and discover new islands. Additionally, we offer premium accounts, which provide additional benefits. Free account players have access to all game content, including bosses with valuable items, islands full of mysteries, and much more!

Q: Is Kakele frequently updated?

A: Yes! We release important updates as quickly as possible. These updates always bring new hunting locations, beautiful new areas, more challenging quests, and terrifying monsters. We also host events with players throughout the year.

Q: Is Kakele available in my country?

A: You can play Kakele from anywhere in the world! We have dedicated servers on all continents (South America, North America, Europe, and Asia) to ensure the lowest possible latency and provide a unique and complete experience.

Q: Does Kakele work on my phone?

A: We’ve optimized Kakele to run smoothly on various devices and be lightweight. The minimum requirement is Android 5.0+ or iOS 13+.

Q: Where can I download the Client?

A: You can download Kakele via Steam, Epic Games, or our website. If you want to experience it on mobile, you can download it from your app store, such as Google Play, Apple Store, and Samsung Store. We recommend downloading the client from Steam, as it includes all features and will update automatically when needed. Find the download links on our homepage.

Q: How many vocations are there in Kakele?

A: Currently, Kakele has 5 different vocations: Hunter, Warrior, Berserker, Mage, and Alchemist.

Q: How many clients does Kakele have?

A: Kakele currently supports three platforms: PC, iOS, and Android.

Lost Characters and Account Recovery

Q: What is the main method of account recovery?

A: It is the email associated with your account. It is very important not to lose it, as you will receive all account-related information, including the recovery code in case of loss.

Q: How can I change my email?

A: To change your email, log into your character, click on "More," and select the "Change Email" option. You need to pay 500 Kakele Coins to confirm the change. Be careful, as the email is the only method of recovering your account.

Q: How can I change my password?

A: To change your password, simply log into your character, click on "More," and then go to the "Change Password" option. Note that you need to have your old password to do this.

Q: How can I recover my password?

A: At the beginning of the game, click on "Recover Account." An email will be sent to your account with the recovery code. Just enter it and proceed to set a new password.

Q: My character was hacked. How can I recover it?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot assist with these situations. Choose strong passwords, do not use the same password for other accounts, and enable "One-Time Password," also known as two-factor authentication. If you believe you were hacked due to a game bug, email us with as many details as possible so we can investigate and take action.

Q: I deleted my character, what now?

A: In the "Recover Character" option, you can recover your character if no more than 30 days have passed. If more than 30 days have passed, it is deleted from our database, and we will not be able to assist with it.

A: If your character was deleted and 30 days have passed, there is nothing we can do. The data has been deleted, unfortunately.

Payment Questions

Q: What are Kakele Coins? (KCs)

A: In Kakele, we offer players the option to buy Kakele Coins (KCs) with real money. These coins can be used in-game for certain benefits, such as becoming a Premium Account, renting houses, buying clothing, and much more.

Q: Why haven't I received the products I bought?

A: The system may take a little time to process your purchase, this is normal. If more than 24 hours have passed and your purchase hasn't been updated, please send an email with your character's name and proof of purchase to support (contact@kakele.io). Kindly wait for assistance, and do not send private messages to the game staff. (contact@kakele.io).

Q: When I buy Kakele Coins, can I use them freely in the game?

A: No, some coins may be blocked. You should buy coins through verified methods, as there are "verified" and "unverified" purchase methods. This is a way to protect the company against malicious behavior. Visit the premium section to learn how to use and purchase your coins. Click here.

Q: What should I do if I pay for Kakele Coins but the game app shows the payment status as pending?

A: You should wait for your coins to arrive. Click on Refresh every hour or more. Email us if it hasn't updated in 24 hours.

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: We have several payment methods, such as: Webshop (click the button that will appear on your computer screen, and you will be redirected to the Xsolla website), Google Play, App Store, and Steam. Q: What are Premium characters?

A: These are characters with special benefits such as: 30% extra experience for killing monsters, jumbo tasks for killing monsters, access to full servers, more item storage spaces, reduced death penalty, exclusive clothing, and much more. Visit our premium page to learn more.

Q: What happens when my Premium account expires?

A: You will revert to a free account, and your character will lose access to the features that the premium account provides.

Q: What are coupons?

A: These are codes generated by the Kakele team. These coupons are used in events or player rewards. They may give you premium coins, Kakele, or in-game items.

Q: Where can I get the coupon?

A: You can earn coupons by participating in in-person or virtual community events.

Q: What are official resellers?

A: Resellers purchase large quantities of coins to resell to players in their respective countries. They also help promote and build the Kakele community. They offer local payment methods, so they really help players who don't have credit cards. However, please note that the price charged by resellers may differ from the one offered in our game. We are not responsible for purchases made from these players; please contact them directly.

Q: I was banned due to an invalid payment, what now?

A: Your account will be permanently banned. If it was a mistake, please email us as soon as possible with proof and details of your issue.

Q: I can't make purchases?

A: If you've tried making many purchases, you'll be blocked for 7 hours. Wait until that period is over to make purchases again.

Kakele Rules

Q: What are invalid names?

A: Names that are offensive, racist, related to criminal organizations, sexually related, related to drugs or harassment, or that advertise third-party brands, products, or services, content that is unrelated to the game or real money exchange, or names expressing religious or political opinions, or that support, incite, advertise, or imply a violation of other rules, will receive a warning and your name will be revoked (if you persist in using inappropriate names, you may be banned). In most cases, we may allow you to change your player name. Nonsense names like iliilill, Aliliil, BlilililC are also not allowed (i.e., the clear intention to make it harder for players to write your name). This also applies to guilds and pets.

Q: Will cheaters be banned?

A: Exploiting obvious game bugs, errors, or any other parts of the services provided by us, manipulating the official client program, or using additional software to play the game, such as bots, macros, or auto-clickers, hardware or software that performs multiple actions, any type of cheating mentioned above will result in a warning, and in more severe cases, a permanent ban from your account.

Q: Can I share my account with someone?

A: Yes, you can share your account, but if you get hacked, the responsibility will be entirely yours, and we will not take part in any damages that may occur.

Q: Do I own the characters and all assets in my account?

A: All characters, virtual goods, and virtual currency are the property of ViVa Games. We provide you access to an account to play the online RPG "Kakele Online - MMORPG".

Q: What about Destructive Behavior?

A: Any other highly destructive behavior interpreted by us as an attempt to harm Kakele or its players is not allowed and may lead to bans, including behaviors outside of our app.

Q: Can I sell my character for real money?

A: We strongly discourage this. We are not responsible for any purchases or sales that do not use our trading systems.

Q: How can I appeal my ban?

A: If you have been banned or received a warning, you can appeal. Please note that an appeal does not guarantee the rule's application will be reversed, only that a staff member will manually inspect your case. Our systems issue automatic bans, and our team sometimes issues manual bans. We don't always get it right, so you can appeal your case. To contest the ban or warning issued on your account, email contact@kakele.io with all the possible information. If the staff requires more details, they may ask for them; we usually do not respond to this type of email.

Q: When will new servers be opened?

A: New servers are opened when we have a very large number of players online. We always try to open new servers and merge empty servers with others.

Q: How can I become a Fansite/Content Creator?

Moderation in Kakele

Q: What is a MOD character?

A: This character is rare to see in the game, they are the game's Developers. They are used for testing and fixing game issues.

Q: What is an SCM character?

A: This character is common to see. They are the game's Community Managers. They are used to check for bots, ban players, and resolve community issues in the game. They also collect feedback from players. (Only the ViVa Games team has access to them; SCMs are hired employees of the company).

Q: What is a VA character?

A: These are regular players. They are volunteer agents of the Kakele team. They review report tickets from within the game and contact the SCMs.

Q: What is a tutor?

A: Tutors are in-game players who help other players with tips and questions in the chat. We have tutors in all servers.

Q: Why are my chat messages being blocked?

A: If your message is being blocked in the chat, you may be typing something inappropriate or your account has been silenced for a few hours.

Q: How can I report a player who violates Kakele's rules?

A: You can report them by email (contact@kakele.io) or through the in-game report ticket option.

Server Transfer

Q: What are the requirements for a server transfer?

A: You need to make sure you have no market offers, no pending trades, and that your bank is not full before transferring servers.

Q: How long does a server transfer take?

A: The transfer is instantaneous.

Q: How can I transfer my character to another server?

A: Simply log into your account, go to "More" and then "Server Transfer" and choose where to go. Note that there is a cost in Kakele Coins to transfer to another server. Remember that we have specific rules regarding character transfers between PVE and PVP servers.

Q: Can I transfer my character to a newly opened server?

A: No, newly opened servers must wait from 6 to 12 months for character transfers and the global market. They have rewards, so it is fair to block their economy while the “competition” is ongoing.

Q: Where on the new server will my character be transferred to?

A: Your character will appear in the Kebelessa temple.

Q: Can I transfer my character from a PVE server to another PVE server?

A: You can transfer from PVE to PVE.

Q: Can I transfer my character from a PVE server to a PVP server?

A: You cannot transfer from PVE to PVP, as PVP servers are more challenging to play due to the amount of conflicts and wars.

Q: Can I transfer my character from one PVP server to another PVP server?

A: You can transfer from PVP to PVP.

Q: Can I transfer my character from a PVP server to a PVE server?

A: You can transfer from PVP to PVE, but you will not be able to return to a PVP server after that.

Game Questions

Q: How much resistance do I gain offline?

A: You gain 1 minute for every 4 minutes offline if you have a free account, 3 minutes offline for a premium account, or 2 minutes if you log out while in a house. You also gain 1 minute for every 10 minutes at the academy!

Q: My chat is gone! I can’t open it, what should I do?

A: Reset the preferences in the main menu of your client (the first menu after opening the game).

Q: Where can I buy new outfits?

A: The NPC Alfredo will ask for some items for each new outfit, and gold or Kakele coins. The game store may also have outfits available for purchase with Kakele coins.

Q: I completed a quest and didn’t receive the item, what should I do?

A: You should always check your reward chest! Even if you don’t click directly on the chests, that’s where the quest rewards will appear for you to collect.

Q: My connection is bad, can I use a VPN?

A: Yes, you can, but you should obtain permission to avoid future issues. You can obtain permission by sending an email to contact@kakele.io and explaining why you need to use this tool.

Q: Where can I get new pets?

A: In Norde, you will find the NPC Eshecatio, who will show you what items you need to get the pet you want. You can also buy pets in the game store using Kakele coins.

Q: I listed a character for sale, and it's been 7 days and it's still in the market, why can’t I withdraw it without paying the fee?

A: When the initial seven-day period ends, your character's sale is renewed for another 3 weeks. You can withdraw it at any time, but you’ll have to pay the fee for this process.

Q: How can I transfer gold from one character to another, both on the same account?

A: You can send it through the green mailboxes found in the cities, keeping in mind that the characters must be on the same server.
